I’ve always believed there is no “I” in team so I wanted to reach out and say thanks for helping me have the best interview I’ve had “search to date”. Yes, I studied and took 10 hours to prepare for a one hour phone interview so I did my part but you were on my shoulder.
Specifically, one of the keys today was being prepared with 6 personal stories that were in SAR (Situation, Action, and Result) format. I was asked 3 questions that specifically allowed me to use 3 of the SAR stories and I was thrilled. I was asked one question that I hadn’t prepared a story for and I winged it and my answer was not nearly as effective. I now have experienced the confidence and positive attitude brings in that kind of preparation. Thank you Bill for your presentation to ACT and your coaching to our group!

I didn't know what I was getting into by signing up with a job coach and I was cautiously optimistic. In fact, I was skeptical and did not know if I could afford the service. To my surprise, it was affordable and I was very comfortable speaking to him over the phone and working 'hand in hand' (so to speak) with Bill even though I was over 1,800 miles away in Ohio and he was based in Arizona.
