OUR MISSION
Our mission is to help candidates assess their current level of transition preparedness. Based on our joint assessment, we work through the steps of the pyramid to lead you to the “offer”.
• We begin by first making sure that you have a solid emotional foundation on which to build. You need a positive attitude to set the wheels in motion.
• The next step is to set in motion a “Landing Plan of Action” and construct a dossier of “selling documents” to market you to your target companies and Hiring Managers.
• We help our clients learn networking skills that enable you to seek out, find and access the decision makers who own the rights to every available job.

We assess your key selling points for the position and work with you through a series of interview practice sessions.
