• The next step is to set in motion a “Landing Plan of Action” and construct a dossier of “selling documents” to market you to your target companies and Hiring Managers.
• We help our clients learn networking skills that enable you to seek out, find and access the decision makers who own the rights to every available job.
• Our concentration at the top of the pyramid is the all important interview preparation. We assess your key selling points for the position and work with you through a series of interview practice sessions. (Don’t be surprised when we call you to provide additional pep talks before you step in front of your interviewer!)
