In 2006, Bill launched Winnerviewer™ in response to his observations that many of the applicants he interviewed were untrained, unprepared and unskilled in the interviewing process. Bill currently offers his clients his expertise in career attitudinal preparedness, career transition planning, and resume, cover letter and position description composition. He also offers networking skill development. His passion is interviewing skills, which is where Bill has helped many of his clients “land significant employment offers.”

Bill currently conducts his workshops Hope, The 12 Minutes that WIN an Interview and Basic Interviewing Skills, personally coaches clients, and is writing a book titled Winnerviewer™ – Winning the Career You Deserve.
Bill Markham has interviewed, hired, trained and coached employees for over 30 years in the pharmaceutical, banking, land development, real estate, education, police, fire and allied industries. He began his career in 1975 as a professional sales representative in Colorado with WH Rorer and quickly expanded his professional experience taking on roles such as Senior District Sales Manager,
Associate Director of Training and HR Retention Manager for such companies as Bristol Myers-Squibb Pharma and Publicis Selling Solutions. During his lengthy career he has personally conducted over 3000 interviews (auditions) and hired over 300 candidates.
